Jonn Baca

Jonn Baca is a graduate from Miami University with a BFA in Acting. He has directed several shows, most recently The Grapes of Wrath at the Aronoff Center for Clear Stage Cincinnati. He is also a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors, and has been performing and choreographing fights professionally in the region. Jonn is the Educational Director for New Edgecliff Theater Company. He teaches, Acting, Movement, and Stage Combat at CCM Prep, and is the Movement teacher for their Certificate Program. He is also the Stage Combat Instructor at Northern Kentucky University.

Joshua Pikar

Joshua graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2008 with a degree in Acting and Military History. A constant student, he enjoys reconstructing and interpreting historical sword and military treatises with a focus in Renaissance Swordplay and Roman Tactics. A member of the SAFD since 2004, Joshua assists multiple Certified Teachers in the Cincinnati area. He is also the creator and director of Carnivale Sword Play, LLC, a combat focused production company that specializes in original scripts and choreography ranging from stage plays to festival shows. He is also the head craftsman of J2 Leather Work.

Gina Cerimele-Mechley

Gina Cerimele-Mechley, an actor/director/teacher/choreographer/movement coach. Regional credits: Tony Award winning regional theatre The Denver Center Theatre Company, Opera Theatre Saint Louis, The Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Sterling New York Renaissance Festival, Alaska Cabin Nite Dinner Theatre, Busch Gardens, The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, The Cincinnati Ballet, Playhouse in the Park, Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children’s Theatre, Human Race Theatre in Dayton, Nintendo motion capture work. Teaching credits: CCM, CCM Prep, NKU, Miami, XU, and at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, where she also served as the resident dance choreographer. She focuses her career on keeping the arts in education by working at several area high schools as their dance choreographer, fight choreographer, or director as well as providing workshops in Acting Shakespeare. Founder of the High School Acting Studio at the acclaimed Cincinnati Actor’s Studio which provides professional training and performance opportunities for high school students, Gina is one of twelve teachers in the country who was recently honored with the Presidential Scholars Award for Excellence in Teaching in the Arts.
